Development of such changes in bone tissue occurs against pathological mutation of the FDPS gene (genotype C/C). Thus, the study variants of the FDPS gene in patients with OA can be used as a marker for the formation of osteoporosis, which allows to develop measures for its prevention.Item Allelic Polymorphism of FDPS Gene in Prognosis of Osteoporosis in Young Patients with Osteoarthritis(2015) Пасиешвили, Людмила Михайловна; Pasieyshvili, L.; Пасиешвили, Т.М.; Pasieyshvili, T.In young patients with OA often deter- mined violation of the structure of bone tissue, leading to the formation of osteopenia (11 patients — 34.4 %) or os- teoporosis (12 — 37.5 %). Severity of anemia depends on the degree of inflammatory activity.Item Antidiabetic potential of siam plant (chromolaena odorata): African experience(НФаУ, 2021-10-20) Andrusha, A.; Annan, John ToyinAntidiabetic potential of siam plant (chromolaena odorata): African experienceItem Antihypertensive therapy of pregnant and fetoplacental blood circulation: cardioselective beta-blockers in focus(2015) Zazdravnov, А.; Pasiyeshvili, N.Use of cardioselective beta-blockers bisoprolol and betaxolol in pregnant women with arterial hypertension and placental insufficiency is safe method of treatment and it performs a positive effect on systemic hemodynamics of mothers, and on the fetoplacental circulation. In the final analysis, we are observing a positive pregnancy outcomes.Item Antiosteoporotic management of patients with osteoarthritis andlow back pain syndrome(ХНМУ, 2019-10-15) Андруша, Аліна БорисівнаAntiosteoporotic management of patients with osteoarthritis andlow back pain syndromeItem Antioxidant status in patients with comorbidity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic pancreatitis(2017-11-03) Zhelezniakova, Natalia; Pasiyeshvili, Tamara; Zelena, Irina; Frolova-Romaniuk, ElinaChronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a global medical problem characterized by steady progression under the influence of environmental factors, including free radicals of cigarette smoke. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is an antioxidant protein that neutralizes free radicals and, thus, has a protective effect on lung tissue.Item Apilac use in hypotonic biliary dyskinesia patients at the family doctor practiсe(2016-01-20) Shapkin, V.Apilac can be recommended for hypotonic biliary dyskinesia patients treatment at the general practice - family medicine.Item Arterial hypertension and chronic pancreatitis: calcium dependent pathology and its complications(2018-04-18) Pasiyshvili, LudmilaThe course and progression of arterial hypertension (AH) and chronic pancreatitis (CP) occurs against a background of increased consumption or insufficient intake of calcium ions into the body. Most often, the development of AH is associatedwith a genetic defect at the level of the angiotensin-converting enzyme with a violation of the permeability of the cell membrane, and, consequently, the loss of potassium against the background of accumulation of sodium and calcium inside the cell. The result of excess calcium in the cell is an increase in the vessels tone and their increased sensitivity to catecholamines. At the same time, with CP, the mechanisms of bone resorption are associated with a violation of calcium absorption as a result of the formation of maldigestion syndromes and malabsorption. The arising systemic spasm of the vascular canal with AH promotes the progression of CP and the violation of the synthesis of enzymes in the organ, which is calcium dependent. Thus, despite the different mechanisms of calcium absorption intake/impairment, the combination of these nosological forms can be considered as a predictor of the osteopenic syndrome. Purpose. Improvement of early diagnosis of metabolic bone disorders and predicting osteopenic changes in patients with combined course of AH and CP.Item Arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus: the possibility of using dapagliflozin(2018-06-05) Pasiieshvili, Tamara; Zhelezniakova, NataliaThe prevalence of hypertension in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is about 80%. This combination of nosological forms at times increases the risk of developing kidney failure, loss of vision, stroke and heart attack. Purpose: to establish the effect of dapagliflozin on the course of arterial hypertension in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Item Aspects and features of diseases of cardiovascular system in patients with chronic pancreatitis(2015-05-14) Viun, T.; Pasieshvili, L.The combined course of CP and hypertension and coronary artery disease or CHD leads to changes in clinical symptoms, signs of cardiac pathology come to the fore, manifestations of disease of the pancreas become smoothed out or gain some atypical course. Emerging pain syndrome in this case is likely to have a reflex nature as a result of the sympathetic nervous system involvement. Another feature of such patients is long dyspeptic syndrome, which persisted for 2-3 months.Item Aspects of comorbidity of depressive disorders and somatic diseases(ХНМУ, 2020-05) Malyk, NataliiaAspects of comorbidity of depressive disorders and somatic diseasesItem Aspects of liver damage in patients with post-cystic(ДУ “Національний інститут терапії імені Л.Т. Малої НАМН України”, 2021-04-22) Bobro, L.; Yuntsova, K.; Odinets, P.Aspects of liver damage in patients with post-cysticItem Assessment of the vascular wall state in patients with gout and COPD(2018-03-16) Andrusha, Alina; Андруша, Алина Борисовна; Андруша, Аліна БорисівнаGouty arthritis worsens the elastic properties of the vascular wall, and the presence of COPD in patients with gout leads to a significant increase in arterial stiffness, the combined course of gout and COPD increases the stiffness of the vessels and reduces their elasticity, which is manifested by an increase in indicators PWV and IА. Essential factors affecting the condition of the vascular wall are smoking experience and the duration of pulmonary and articular pathology. The absence of significant differences in pulse wave velocity in patients with hyperuricemia and healthy individuals, probably indicates that the vascular wall rigidity is less dependent on the level of uric acid, than, for example, on the inflammatory process that occurs at symptomatic gout. In this case, the mechanisms of the possible effect of hyperuricemia on the elastic properties of the vascular wall need further study.Item Association of vitamin b12 deficiency and metformin use in patients with type 2 diabetes(European scientific platform – Warsaw, 2020-02-21) Голозубова, Олена Валеріївна; Бобро, Лілія Миколаївна; Полякова, В.; Golozubova, O.; Poliakova, V.; Bobro, L.Association of vitamin b12 deficiency and metformin use in patients with type 2 diabetes
