Dynamics of the test results drawing hours on the background of neuroprotective therapy in surgical patients for the diagnosis of postoperative cognitive dysfunction

Abstract

The paper discusses the results of a study of the state of cognitive function based on the dynamics of the results of the drawing clock test against the background of neuroprotective therapy in patients with acute surgical pathology. The study was conducted in the surgical departments of various profiles on the basis of the Kharkov City Clinical Hospital of Emergency and Emergency Medical Care. prof. A.I. Meshchaninov. Patients of all groups, in all periods of observation, against the background of neuroprotective therapy, observed their own course of postoperative cognitive dysfunction. In particular, a full recovery within a month to the values for the operation for this test in young patients. Also, with a partial recovery in middle-aged patients and an improvement in elderly patients from the values to surgery for this test.
