Abstract

Hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with increasing BMI is more significant decrease in HRV, increased blood pressure variability and violation of diurnal blood pressure profile. Such patients in addition to therapy of hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus need body mass correction to reduce cardiovascular risk.
