Abstract
The author of the article reveals the issue of teaching on the basis of leadership, that is, the involvement of students in something that encourages teachers to use the approach to deep learning. Interrelated aspects of international leadership and its application in higher education are highlighted.

Автором статті розкрито питання викладання на засадах лідерства, тобто залучення студентів до того, що заохочує викладачів використовувати підхід до глибокого навчання. Виділені взаємоповязані аспекти інтернаціонального лідерства та застосування його у висшій школі.
