Formation of scientific potential of the Kharkiv national medical university in the context of the development of the national economy

Abstract

An important factor in the formation of the innovative potential of the economy is the activities of scientific organizations, in particular, academic institutions. This is due to the fact that, unlike countries where scientific research is carried out mainly by universities, our state inherited from the former Soviet Union a system based on scientific institutions of the academies of sciences. The question of the formation of the country's innovation development, the place of academies of sciences in the innovation process was regulated by the newly adopted wording of the Law of Ukraine "On Scientific and Scientific and Technical Activity". The problem of constant growth of the economy on the basis of its transition to an innovative way of development is widely researched by domestic economic science.
