| dc.description.abstract | In the article features of pathogenetic mechanisms of the combined course of arterial hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus are considered. This pathology potentiates the development of micro- and macrovascular complications, raises cardiovascular risk. Concomitant abdominal obesity contributes to the imbalance of adipocytokines, and complicates the course of type 2 diabetes. It was established that polymorphism of candidate genes associated with the development and progression of insulin resistance, which is of interest for further study. | ru_RU |
