Abstract
The problem of increasing the effectiveness of treatment of Arterial hypertension in the elderly patients is extremely relevant, taking into account the general demographic trends, the high incidence of this disease, high fatalities of complications and the presence of comorbidity in this category of patients. According to statistics, one of the main reasons for the inadequate effectiveness of therapy of arterial hypertension is the poor adherence to therapy.
