The use of an elixir that regulates the central nervous system in the complex treatment of patients with generalized periodontitis with symptoms of anxiety who are in a combat zone among the civilians

Abstract

Analysis of treatment results showed that the level of inflammation decreased in the gums of patients in both study subgroups, as evidenced by a negative Schiller-Pisarev test in patients in the main subgroup and in patients in the comparison subgroup. Determination of the quantitative value of the Schiller-Pisarev test according to the Svarov iodine index showed that in patients of the main subgroup, it decreased in patients with grade II GP from 2.76±0.19 to 1.29±0.09 points. In the comparison subgroup, it decreased from 2.76±0.19 to 1.41±0.09 points in patients with grade II. The numerical values of the Schiller-Pisarev test in patients of both subgroups after treatment were statistically significantly different (p < 0.05). In patients with GP in the main subgroup, the PBI index decreased in patients with stage II from 2.74±0.19 to 0.65±0.06 points. In patients of the comparison subgroup, the PBI index decreased from 2.77±0.19 to 0.82±0.07 points. The data obtained in patients of the main subgroup and the comparison subgroup differed statistically significantly (p < 0.05).
