Item Features of heart rate variability in young people with arterial hypotension(2020-05) Marakushyn, Dmytro; Isaieva, Inna; Karmazina, IrynaAnalysis of heart rate variability allows estimating an autonomic nervous system tone, and has a well- established role as a marker of cardiovascular risk (Cygankiewicz I., Zareba W., 2013). According to the latest data the cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death in the world, where ischemic heart disease and stroke are the world’s biggest killers and they have remained the leading causes of death in the last 15 years (Emery C.F., Stoney C.M., Thayer J.F., Williams D., Bodine A., 2018). Among all possible risk factors of cardiovascular disease development the following have the greatest significance such as older age, positive family history, high cholesterol, smoking, low physical activity, poor diet, excessive alcohol consumption, and stress (Mozaffarian D., Benjamin E.J., Go A.S. et al.; 2016; Thayer J.F., Yamamoto S.S., Brosschot J.F., 2010).Item Features of indicators of the hemostasis system in healthy pregnant women(2019-03-28) Hloba, Nataliia; Isaieva, Inna; Karmazina, IrynaCircadian rhythms manifest in food intake, appetite, digestion and metabolism, that is determined in variation of levels of hormones, absorption and transport of proteins carbohydrates, lipids, etc. (S. Almoosawi et al., 2016). Connection between meal schedule and circadian clock can become a vicious circle, as their misalignment may greatly influence the metabolic state of an organism causing weight changes, overweight and obesity development, increased risk of metabolic syndrome, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes of type 2, cardiovascular diseases, etc. (S. Banks et al., 2015), that endangers people’s health, and vice versa, realignment of biological clock with food plan can be a simple means of body weight normalization and health maintenance, thus providing the importance of researches going in that field.Item Female vs. male: difference in immune response(2019-05-15) Marakushyn, Dmytro; Isaieva, Inna; Karmazina, Iryna; Hloba, Nataliia; Oluwasegun, Elijah Adetunji; Makarova, KaterynaThe early diagnostics of premorbid conditions plays the most important role in medical examinations. It is known, that the ability to adapt to changing environmental conditions is determined by the functioning of the sympathetic and parasympathetic links of the autonomic nervous system, as well as the endocrine system. Changes in the functional activity of the nervous and endocrine systems affect the activity of the third regulatory system - the immune system, which, in turn, can actively influence the neurohumoral path. The leukogram is an integral indicator of the balance of all homeostatic systems of the body. The cause of leukocyte rearrangements is often the general mobilization of the protective mechanisms of the body, so it is successfully used to assess the nonspecific adaptation reaction. Therefore the purpose of research was to study the features of adaptive capacity of male and female medical students by analyzing the adaptation intensity using L. Harkavy's index. Obtained data has shown that the relationship between humoral and cellular immunity is balanced in a greater number of males, but the distribution of the Harkavy's index in group of females and males was different that allowed to conclude the Harkavy's index in group of females indicates a more active response reaction or "re-activating" immune response.Item The interconnection between individual circadian rhythms and eating behavior as one of main reasons of overweight and obesity in young people(2019-05-15) Hloba, Nataliia; Isaieva, Inna; Karmazina, Iryna; Marakushyn, Dmytro; Hloba, OleksandrThe article features the problem of overweight and obesity and its prevalence among young people. Possible negative outcomes of mentioned states and mechanisms of obesity development are listed. The programs of obesity prevention and their main directions are mentioned. The role of individual circadian rhythms on metabolism of a person is explained. The original research results regarding the interconnection between individual circadian clock, eating habits and body mass index are presented. Conclusions were made about influence of biological rhythms and eating patterns synchronization on body weight and metabolism and their application as simple and efficient way of obesity prevention in young people.Item Challenges of adaptation to physiological factors in persons with sickle cell disease(Харьковский национальный медицинский университет, 2017-05) Asiome, W.; Karmazina, Iryna; Isaieva, InnaSickle cell disease (SCD) is characterized by intermittent vaso-occlusive events and chronic hemolytic anemia which result in tissue ischemia leading to acute and chronic pain as well as injuring of bones, lungs, liver, kidneys, brain, eyes, and joints. About 50 % of children with SCD experience either an overt or silent cerebral infarct; hemorrhagic stroke and aneurysm are more common in adultsItem Eating attitude disorders in young women(Харківський національний медичний університет, 2017-05-16) Lance-Onyeiwu Akunna, Isaac; Nwokotubo, Beulah; Isaieva, InnaItem Sickle cell disease – underlying physiological factors for prognosis of outcome and development of treatment(Харківський національний медичний університет, 2017-05-16) Asiome, Wise; Karmazina, Iryna; Isaieva, InnaItem Features of regulation of circulation during exercises(Харківський Національний Медичний Університет, 2017-05-16) Grishenko, D.; Girka, D.; Isaieva, InnaItem Application of cardioplegic solution in clinical practice(Харківський Національний Медичний Університет, 2007-05-16) Bibhu, Charan Nayak; Hloba, Nataliia; Isaieva, InnaItem Function and dysfunction of baroreceptors(Харківський Національний Медичний Університет, 2017-05-16) Amara, Taha Morad; Isaieva, Inna
