Item Gender peculiarities of lipid profile and metabolic oxygen-dependent reactions in patients with acute myocardial infarction accompanied with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(2013) Zhuravlyova, Larysa; Filonenko, MarynaIt is well known that prognosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in women (taking into consideration the age correction) is more unfavorable than in men. That’s why studying of pathogenetic issues of AMI in women with metabolic disorders is highly important. The purpose of the research is to determine the gender peculiarities of lipid profile changes and the state of metabolic oxygen-dependent reactions in patients with AMI accompanied with NASH.Item The dynamics of functional state of the heart in patients with acute myocardial infarction accompanied with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(2012) Filonenko, Maryna; Zhuravlyova, LarysaChronic hepatobiliary pathology is known to be an independent factor, capable to influence the clinical course, complications occurrence and prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction. The presence of chronic liver diseases in patients with AMI worsens the derangements of intracardiac and systemic hemodynamics, decelerates the reparative processes in myocardium. A constant growth of percentage of patients with AMI accompanied with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis is observed recently all around the world. That’s why studying of dynamics of fuctional state of the heart in such patients is topical and important.Item The influence of superoxide dismutase activity on the extent of myocardial injury and left ventricular remodeling in patients with acute myocardial infarction(2019) Zhuravlyova, Larysa; Filonenko, MarynaSuperoxide dismutase (SOD) is an important representative of enzymatic antioxidant system and its low levels are considered to be an independent predictor of cardiac death. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of SOD activity on the extent of myocardial injury and subsequent left ventricular (LV) remodeling in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Item The state of metabolic oxygen-dependent reactions and troponin level in patients with acute myocardial infarction accompanied with arterial hypertension against the background of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(2013) Zhuravlyova, Larysa; Filonenko, Maryna; Zhuravlyova, AnnaPatients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) are known to have high prevalence and severity of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) due to the synergism of pathogenetic mechanisms of metabolic syndrome, coronary artery disease and arterial hypertension.
