Abstract

Patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) are known to have high prevalence and severity of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) due to the synergism of pathogenetic mechanisms of metabolic syndrome, coronary artery disease and arterial hypertension.
