Abstract
The article describes the clinical observation of cystic fibrosis in a child 4 years of age with severe cystic fibrosis mutation in the transmembrane regulator (711+1G>A). In the literature review presents current data on classification, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment algorithms. Particular attention is paid to the necessity of the cystic fibrosis exclusion in sickly children.
