Abstract
The indicators which we have selected for comparing the physical and mechanical properties of dental glassionomer cements for the permanent fixation of unremovable orthopedic structures in a complex of clinical and laboratory investigations, provide an opportunity to say that cements for the permanent fixation of unremovable dentures conform to the international standards ISO-9917, ISO-4049, ISO-4104, ISO-3107 and maybe recommended for using in orthopedic dentistry clinic for the final stage of the replacement by prosthetic dentures.
