| dc.description | Therefore, at the initial stages of cancerogenesis TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 may be generated by malignant cells as well as the “host’s” immune system against the tumor antigens, and contribute in the tumor proliferation. At the stage of cancer dissemination proinflammatory cytokines reach their maximum with the significant drop of the antiinflammatory IL-4 and IL-1RA that confirm the malfunction of organism immune surveillance. The cooperative examination of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines levels in the blood serum may be useful biochemical factors for prognosis of carcinoma metastasis. | ru_RU |
