Діагностика гострого некротичного панкреатиту

Abstract

The aim of the work was to improve results of diagnostics of acute necrotic pancreatitis by improving methods of early diagnostics of focuses of pancreatic and parapancreatic infection. There is an analysis of surgical treatment of 125 patients with acute necrotic pancreatitis. The indications to operation were: clinic of a peritonitis at 117 (93,6%) patients, increase of a mechanical jaundice at 4 (3,2 %) patients, a bleeding from areas of necrosis at 4 (3,2 %) patients. 80 patients had an infected pancreonecrosis. In admission all patients were examined by ultrasonic, necessarily patients were also examined by computer tomography. Clinical, biochemical blood and haematological indexes tests of patients were studied. The estimation of severity of the state of patients was conducted by the integral scales. On the basis of the obtained data the mathematical model of the individualized prognosis of infected acute necrotic pancreatitis authenticity of presence of the infected form of acute pancreatitis was worked out.
