dc.description.abstractThe main clinical peculiarities of moderate tonsillar-glandular form of infectious mononucleosis at 102 children aged 1-5 years were investigated. It is characterized by height percent of “atypical” forms, absence of spherocytes in peripheral blood. The diagnostic value of additional methods of investigation (ELISA test and PCR) was determined. It was proposed to use of recombinant interferon alpha-2 for treatment of infectious mononucleosis at children, and clinico-laboratory efficiency of prescription of this drugs was proved.ru_RU
