dc.description.abstract | Diagnosis of carditis in newborns presents a number of difficulties, even with the results ofhigh-technology research methods. Carditis is characterized by the absence of specificdiagnostic criteria, similarity of clinical manifestations of cardiovascular and respiratoryfailure in young children, including secondary to generalized infectious diseases. The articlepresents a case of an atypical clinical presentation of carditis in a child with a confirmedintrauterine infection. | ru_RU |
