Abstract
the article deals with the main approaches to the stratification of cardiovascular risk condition of children with gastroenterological disorders; the unmodified risk factors identified by the "Genetic Questionnaire" have been discussed; the role of polymorphism of the folate cycle genes in the development of children’s cardiovascular disease has been identified.
