dc.description.abstractThe paper discusses the features of central nervous system lesions in children with congenitalcytomegalovirus infection at different stages of gestation. In the course of the work, analgorithm for diagnosing congenital cytomegalovirus infection was developed. To demonstratethe complexity of diagnosis and treatment in a child of the first year of life, a clinical observationis given. The positive dynamics in the treatment of children with the use of humananticytomegalovirus immunoglobulin with a high content of IgG is discusseden_US
