Abstract

The problem of the small number of teeth saving for patients treated with partial removable dentures is relevance, due to their ability to perceive the vertical loads, and significan tly reduce the atrophy of the alveolar bone degree. Prosthetic treatment its a complex task due to peculiarities of the clinical picture of the mouth. These teeth very often have the adverse relationship between the height of clinical crown and lengthof the root and transcend the occlusal plane. The antagonists lost leads to increase of the clinical crowns height at the expense of secondary displacement of the teeth. Biggest supragingival part of tooth increasesthe load on the root, and application of clasp fixation causes rapid loss of these teeth for older patie nts with limited adaptation possibilities of periodontal tissue. So, the save teeth and supporting tissues of the prosthetic aria for a longer period it's an importa nt task which should solve every dentist in their practice. Provisions planning of the occlusal plane, w ith defining the relations of the remaining teeth, as well as modeling individual occlusal surface and expended borders of dentures basis will stabilize dentures and remove loss of teeth.
