dc.description.abstractThus, as a result of studies, it was found that there was an exacerbation of COPD, in the isolated course of disease, just as when it is combined with chronic pancreatitis. There was an observed increased activity of ceruloplasmin, indicating the development of an inflammatory response. At the same time, indexes of patients with comorbidities of COPD and chronic pancreatitis were significantly higher and had significant differences from those in patients with isolated COPD, suggesting a significant increase in systemic inflammatory reactions in comorbidity, even in the remission of concomitant diseaseuk_UA
