Abstract
This publication analyzes the psychotype of a female leader, drawing on early 20th-century ideas about gender and modern observations of women in leadership roles. Contemporary Westernized societies see more women seeking "masculine" professions, often demonstrating traditionally male character traits, as exemplified by female political and business leaders. Observations suggest that female leaders often exhibit a prevailing androgenic component, manifesting as persistence, decisiveness, and a focus on career realization over traditional domestic roles. The analysis concludes that female leaders are distinctly active in society, striving to protect women's rights and teaching self-realization in male-dominated environments.
