Abstract
According to the WHO, the main principle of human organism well-being is the "ability to adapt to constantly changing conditions of the external and internal environment". In modern conditions of scientific and technological progress a person must be conscious and motivated to take responsibility for his own health. This is especially true for people whose professional activity is associated with the dominance of mental work on the background of long-term exposure to information stressor.

Red print on green background and green print on white background improve the process of distribution and concentration of attention, and black print on yellow background slows down the development of visual fatigue.
