| Abstract: | Пацієнти (пацієнти) з первинною прогресуючою стадією III або IV або першим рецидивним раком ендометрыю були рандомізовані 1:1 для отримання достарлімабу 500 мг або PBO плюс карбоплатину AUC 5 і паклітакселу 175 мг/м2 Q3W (6 циклів), потім достарлімабу 1000 мг , або PBO, монотерапія Q6W до 3 років. |
