Abstract: | In the modern world, a person at different age of life encounters unexpected situations, usually stressful, which require adequate and urgent mastery, increasing the ability to resist such influences without harm to health. Prolonged physical and psychological exertion that exceeds the norm leads to disruption of the functioning of individual organs and serious diseases. Stress affects a person's behavior, performance, health, relationships with others and in the family. Stress, first of all, is defined as an individual complex of protective reactions of the human body to various adverse factors: emotions, external circumstances and influences, which helps to adapt to frequently changing conditions. |
