Abstract: | At the age of 19-20 years, the phenotypic characteristics of the body of both young men and women with a predominance of both parasympathetic and sympathetic influences, as well as with the autonomic nervous balance, have wide opportunities for functional reserves and are highly economical in providing adaptation processes to functional loads. |
