| Abstract: | Publication is devoted to the implementation of medical reform in Ukraine, its goals, problems and obstacles in this way. Authors underlined that the medical reform involved a financial reunciation of vertical management and the participation of local authorities in the distribution of money for out-patient clinics in cities. Polyclinics and ambulatory clinicians need real market managers. |
