Abstract
Conducted investigations revealed reliable disturbances of lipid metabolism in patients with RA II-III grade of activity, increasing of CRP level. This analysis helps to make a conclusion that increasing of risk of atherosclerotic injury of vessels is determined by pathogenic mechanisms of RA progress.
