Abstract
The purpose of our study was – to evaluate the role of clusterin and fractalkine in progression of congestive heart failure in patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis, type 2 diabetes and obesity. Conclusions. Fractalkine and clusterin play an important role in progression of the heart failure in patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis, type 2 diabetes and obesity, and this gives them the right to be considered indicators of the severity of chronic heart failure.
