Item A study of enterocyte membranes during activation of apoptotic processes in chronic carrageenan-induced gastroenterocolitis(2018-08) Tkachenko, А.; Marakushyn, Dmytro; Kalashnyk, Yulia; Onishchenko, A.; Gorbach, Tetiana; Nakonechna, O.; Posokhov, Y.; Tsygankov, A.; Korniyenko, Ye.Aim To investigate the lipid membranes of rat enterocytes in chronic carrageenan-induced gastroenterocolitis accompanied by the activation of apoptotic processes. Methods Steady-state fluorescence spectroscopy: a study by fluorescent probes - by ortho-hydroxy derivatives of 2,5-diaryl-1,3- oxazole. Activity of apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 and poly (ADP-ribose) polym erase in small intestinal homogenates, blood serum levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and caspase-3 and the level of DNA fragmentation in small intestinal homogenates were determined. Results Biochemical analysis revealed that an activation of apoptotic processes occurred in the intestinal epithelium of rats during chronic carrageenan-induced gastroenterocolitis. The fluorescence probes showed that activation of apoptotic processes in carrageenan-induced gastroenterocolitis was accompanied by changes in polar regions of rat enterocyte membranes, while no changes were revealed in more hydrophobic regions of the membranes. Conclusion The increase in hydration of membranes was attributed to the activation of the apoptosis of enterocytes. It has been shown that a fluorescent probe (2-(2'-hydroxyphenyl)-5-phenyl-l,3-oxa- zole) can be used for the detection of apoptosis of enterocytes.Item A study of erythrocyte membranes in carrageenaninduced gastroenterocolitis by method of fluorescent probes(2018-04) Tkachenko, A.; Marakushyn, Dmytro; Rezunenko, Y.; Onishchenko, A.; Nakonechna, O.; Posokhov, Y.Objective. The aim of our research was to investigate erythrocyte membranes of rats with carrageenan-induced gastroenterocolitis using fluorescent probes (ortho-hydroxy derivatives of 2,5-diaryloxazole).Materials and methods. Fluorescence of O1O (2 - (2’-OH-phenyl)5-phenyl-1,3-oxazole) and PH7 (2-(2’-OH-phenyl)-phenanthro[9,10]-1,3-oxazole) probes in suspensions of erythrocytes of rats with chronic carrageenan-induced gastroenterocolitis was determined and compared to the control group consisted of intact animals.Results. It has been found that the hydration of erythrocyte membranes increases in rats with carrageenan-induced gastroenterocolitis. The disease is associated with the changes in the polar regions of the membranes, while no changes in the hydrophobic areas of the erythrocyte membranes are observed. Conclusion. The detected changes allow us to make a conclusion that the fluidity of the erythrocyte membranes of the rats with chronic carrageenan-induced gastroenterocolitis increases.Item A study of influence of working at the computer on some indexes of the physical health state of students(2018-09) Gordienko, P.; Pandikidis, N.; Shenher, S.The purpose of the work is to study the level of physical health, ability to work dynamics during the week, prevalence of Internet addiction and the impact of working at a computer on the students’ health state.Item Adipokines and interleukin-17 are the link of regulatory mechanism in kidney(2018-09-28) Goncharova, АlinaAdipokines and interleukins (IL) are involved in regulation of renal function but their role in the mechanisms is not clear yet. [1,9].Item Application of simulation technologies in teaching of theoretical disciplines in medical university(2017-05-18) Chernobay, Larysa; Hloba, Nataliia; Isaieva, Inna; Karmazina, IrynaModern higher medical education undergoes the process of modernization aimed at creation of necessary conditions for professional training of specialists with high level of competence, creative thinking and ability to make valid responsible decisions in process of their professional activity. Adaptation of the visual system to its own state (structural and functional organization) was found to occur in many cases due to asymmetric functioning of extraocular muscles. In long work at a close distance this initial (adaptivecompensatory) asymmetry, providing binocular vision, converges with asymmetry caused by visual stress and fatigue. Thus, the study identified three main ways of adapting to work at close distance. The objects of research were cultures of microorganisms Lactobacillus plantarum 7 and Lactobacillus casei 27 isolated, selected and stored in the National Scientific Center Institute of Experimental and Clinical Veterinary Medicine (NSC "IECVM", Kharkiv). Cultivation of lactobacilli was carried out on medium MRS and Blaurock for 24-72 hours at the temperature of 37 °C. To develop nutrient media for the cultivation of lactobacilli, the selected components in the main composition of the medium: lactose, sodium phosphate disubstituted, sodium citrate. As components of the protective medium, solutions of sucrose, gelatinase, sodium acetate, and aerosol® were used. Because of the studies, the optimal composition of the nutrient medium was determined (lactose 1.2 %, sodium phosphate disubstituted 0.3 %, and sodium citrate 0.6 %) for the cultivation of lactic acid bacteria on which bacteria grow and actively accumulate a significant number of viable cells from 7.1 to 8.2 × 106 CFU/cm3. In the various cultivation regimes of lactobacilli, pH 7.0 is optimal, and the temperature of the inoculum incubation is 37±0,5 °C. An alternative protective medium is added with the addition of 10 % sucrose, 1.0 % gelatinase and 3.0 % aerosil, which ensures the viability of viable cells after lyophilization of strains of L. plantarum 7 and L. casei 27, respectively, 96 % and 97 %. A culture medium was proposed (lactose 1.2 %, sodium phosphate disubstituted 0.3 %, sodium citrate 0.6 %) for cultivation of lactobacilli on which bacteria grow and actively accumulate a significant number of viable cells (7.1-8.2) × 106 CFU/cm3). Under different temperature regimes and pH of the medium, the best is that it has a pH of 7.0 and the incubation of the inoculum passes at a temperature of 37 ± 0.5 °C. The maximum preservation of viable cells after lyophilization of strains L. plantarum 7 and L. casei 27, respectively, 96 % and 97 % were observed using a protective medium supplemented with 10 % sucrose, 1.0 % gelatose and 3.0 % aerosil. The addition of protective media according to the given formulation with the freeze-drying of lactic acid bacteria and the proposed drying regime have technological advantages and ensure the preservation of the basic biological properties of microorganisms.Item Bone remodeling regulation in the model of combined unloading with chronic inflammation in rats(2021-04-06) Goncharova, AlinaCombined effect of mechanical unloading with induced chronic inflammation results in dysregulation of the mechanisms of bone homeostasis control.Item Brain integrated activity in medical students under conditions of adaptation to psychoemotional stress(2019-03) Marakushyn, Dmytro; Chernobay, Larysa; Vasylieva, O.; Morozov, O.; Korobchanskyi, PavloAccording to the results of the study the development of adaptation to psychoemotional stress, which is considered as an emotional stress in medical students during the first three years of study, has a dynamic and multifactorial character. This limits the amount of inhaled oxygen and exhaled carbon dioxide. Bronchospasm is a common symptom of bronchial asthma and allergies. Among other causes of bronchospasm are the following: chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, lungs and bronchi infections, smoking (including electronic cigarettes), air pollution, smoke inhalation from a fire, allergens of environment (pet dander, dust, pollen), some food chemicals and additives, cleaning chemicals, cold weather, exercise, general anesthesia (causing airways irritation) and some drugs such as blood-thinning medications and NSAIDs (Jeffrey J. Fredberg, 2004). Results of scientific researches have shown that bronchospasm was also associated with atopic rhinitis (Laura Kwiatkowski, Jessica Mitchell, 2016).Item Cell Cultured Mycoplasma Agglutinin: New Possibilities for Monitorin(2019-05-20) Bobrovitska, I.; Dunayeva, H.; Stegniy, B.Monitoring of Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) infection combined with regulatory measures (segregation – rejection – sanitation) is the only effective approach to avoid losses of profit in poultry business, which is still observed worldwide. The main tools for MG monitoring include serum plate agglutination (SPA), hemagglutination-inhibition test (HI) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The SPA is much more universal and quick test for different poultry species comparing to other assays. Here we report the results of our attempt to enhance mycoplasma antigen competence in early-term diagnostics of mycoplasma infection in poultry flocks.Publication Clinical and genetic peculiarities of vascular manifestations of antiphospholipid syndrome (case report)(2017-06) Vasylyev, D.; Chernobay, Larysa; Vasylieva, O.; Oliinyk, M.; Vashuk, M.Pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) are considered in the article, which is the basis for the development of clinical manifestations and laboratory markers of APS. The modern literature data are analyzed, according to which the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies is a hypercoagulable background, and the formation of thrombi occurs under the influence of other allowing procoagulation factors. The classification of the main types of hereditary thrombophilia is given, which is the primary disorder, against the background of which an autoimmune thrombosis APS develops.Item Clinical course and public health(Харківський національний медичний університет, 2018-10-24) Vashuk, M.; Moroz, G.; Hloba, NataliiaWeakness, fatigue, headache due to weather changes are detected in about 70 % of population and may indirectly or even directly influence the well-being of a person. In its turn, individual health of each of citizens altogether constitute the public health of the whole population [1, p. 119]. And despite the fact that the great compensation mechanisms are hidden within human adaptive abilities, meteosensitivity is one of its flaws during adaptation to changes of environmental parameters. If reserve of adaptive abilities is determining the health level, then manifestation of meteosensitivity proves health being weak. Intensity of meteopathic reactions depends on organism’s state, availability of diseases, nature conditions, social environment, etc. Various scientific sources have wide coverage of interaction between meteosensitivity and physical load [2, p. 142–143], psychic-physiological adaptation and geomagnetic situation [3, p. 26], however, the data about influence of meteorological factors on state of public health and clinical course of illnesses is insufficient, thus determining the importance of current research.
