Item Adhesive obstruction of the small intestine : features of diagnosis and treatment in the context of minimally invasive technologies (review)(2021) Kryvoruchko, I.; Olefir, A.Item Causes of uncontrolled bronchial asthma among children in Kharkiv region(2021) Klymenko, Viktoriia; Piontkovska, Oksana; Kulik, TetianaBronchial asthma (BA) is one of the most common chronic diseases, according to WHO statistics in 2018, there were about 334 million patients worldwide, and 14% of them were children. BA among children reduces the quality of life, is one of the main reasons for skipping school days, can be a cause of disability and sometimes death. The aim of the work was to improve the uality of life of children with asthma by improving disease control. 50 children with asthma were examined. The study included a study of complaints of the patient and his parents, medical history, the results of clinical and laboratory and instrumental examinations. The main reason for the lack of control among children with asthma is the violation of the algorithms of basic therapy.Publication Clinical and genetic peculiarities of vascular manifestations of antiphospholipid syndrome (case report)(2017-06) Vasylyev, D.; Chernobay, Larysa; Vasylieva, O.; Oliinyk, M.; Vashuk, M.Pathogenetic mechanisms of the development of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) are considered in the article, which is the basis for the development of clinical manifestations and laboratory markers of APS. The modern literature data are analyzed, according to which the presence of antiphospholipid antibodies is a hypercoagulable background, and the formation of thrombi occurs under the influence of other allowing procoagulation factors. The classification of the main types of hereditary thrombophilia is given, which is the primary disorder, against the background of which an autoimmune thrombosis APS develops.Item [Co-infection tuberculosis / HIV (Methodical recomendation for the student's self work during the preparation for practical class)](2014-09) Shevchenko, O.; Matvyeyeva, SvitlanaItem Content of the course-book for the students of the specialty “Technologies of medical diagnosis and treatment”(2019-03) Kozka, IrynaАвтор розглядає теми, структуру та зміст розділів підручника для студентів спеціальності «ТМДЛ»Item Diagnostical use of bronchography(2014-12-04) Honchar, Oleksii; Ashcheulova, Tetyana; Kovalyova, Olga; Ivanchenko, Svitlana; Гончарь, Алексей Владимирович; Ащеулова, Татьяна Вадимовна; Ковалева, Ольга Николаевна; Иванченко, Светлана Владимировна; Гончарь, Олексій Володимирович; Ащеулова, Тетяна Вадимівна; Ковальова, Ольга Миколаївна; Іванченко, Світлана ВолодимирівнаItem Diagnostics and treatment of femail adolescents and young women with ovarian cysts(2014-03-05) Tuchkina, Irina; Piontkovskaya, Oksana; Gnatenko, Natalia; Tysyachka, Galina; Rubinskaya, Tatyana; Rogachova, NatellaThe aim of this study has been to examine the clinical symptoms, the effectiveness of diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with ovarian cysts of pubertal and young reproductive age. (192), the presence of nidus of infection and enteric insuficiency. Al the patients were operated in 2010-2013. Philosophy of surgical intervention in al patients included two main components: 1) source infection control (the removal or exteriorisation, drainage) and 2) the function control of damage organ. Mortality was 2.4%.Item Diastolic Dysfunction: from Discovery to the Last Updates(Zaporozhye medical journal., 2019-08) Ashcheulova, Tetyana; Demydenko, Ganna; Gerasimchuk, Nina; Rezunenko, Yuri; Kochubiei, Oksana; Ambrosova, TetyanaOver a long period, chronic heart failure was primarily associated with impaired contractility of the myocardium of the left ventricular, which is a manifestation of systolic dysfunction. Based on modern ideas about the pathophysiology of CHF syndrome, systolic dysfunction is considered as one of the etiological factors along with changes in wall tension and the structure of diastolic filling, i.e. everything that is included in the concept of "LV remodeling". The objective is to present a review of the key parameters of chronic heart failure and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction according to the last updates. Material and methods. The role and significance of diastolic dysfunction as the cause of chronic heart failure syndrome, have only been started to be determined over the past three decades, which can be explained by the difficulty of early diagnostics of diastolic dysfunction. The article describes the historical evolution of estimating heart failure and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. It is important to note the high prevalence of diastolic dysfunction. The signs of myocardial diastolic dysfunction are detected in people with almost any heart disease. The universal review of the most important parameters which determine this disorder has been presented. It has been shown that nowadays Doppler echocardiography is the noninvasive “golden standard” for estimation of diastolic dysfunction. We have presented methods of treatment for diastolic dysfunction, based on updated recommendations of the American College of Cardiology / American Heart Association in treating patients with heart failure in 2017. Conclusions. The experimental studies show that the survival rate of patients with heart failure with a preserved ejection fraction depends not so much on its indices, but on the severity of diastolic dysfunction. Diastolic dysfunction in patients with heart failure is a more prognostic mortality rate than the ejection fraction, which needs further research for better treatment.Item Metabolic, enzymatic and mineral maintenance ofreparative osteogenesis of facial cranium injuries(Published in cooperation with and under the patronage of the Tbilisi State Medical University, 2019-05) Grigorova, Alina; Grigorov, SergiyAim - study of marker enzymes, hormonal and carbohydrate– protein indicators of the state of reparative osteogenesis in pa- tients with complicated and uncomplicated course of injuries of facial cranium. The study included 81 patients with injuries of facial crani- um, which were divided into 2 groups, depending on the pres- ence of complications. The following enzyme indicators were © GMN studied: the level of excretion of hydroxyproline in daily urine; alkaline and acid phosphatase activity; the percentage of bone isoenzymes of alkaline phosphatase. To assess the mineral me- tabolism, the level of total and ionized calcium and inorganic phosphorus in the blood serum, as well as their excretion in the urine, were determined. To assess the state of metabolism, the concentration of glycosaminoglycans and their fractions in the blood serum were studied. To study the structural and functional state of the bone tissue the densitometry was performed. In patients with complicated course of injuries of facial crani- um assosiated with traumatic brain injury there was revealed the increase (р<0,05) of: excretion of phosphorus, uronic acids and oxyproline, while the excretion of calcium was not disturbed (р>0,05), and excretion of magnesium was decreased (р<0,05). It was found out that the level of calcium of blood serum in patients with complicated course is significantly (р<0,05) lower than in the control group and does not depend on the presence of craniocerebral injury (р>0,05). The decrease of the level of ionized calcium content in blood serum can be the confirmation of lower metabolic activity of reparative osteogenesis process- es, first of all at the expense of damage of central mechanisms. When studying the content of carbohydrate–protein metabolites by complicated course of injuries of facial cranium, the absolute increase (р<0,05) of concentration of chondroitin–6–sulfates was revealed, and during the analysis of results it was found out that in absolute values, as well as in structural indexes, the specific weight of various fractions changes, that can be the evi- dence of instability of mechanisms of osteogenesis and of dam- age of physiological mechanisms of reparative osteogenesis. Densitometric equivalents of forming of complicated course of injuries of facial cranium are the increase of broadband ultra- sonic attenuation and the decrease of its spreading speed on the background of low levels of chondroitin–6–sulfates.Item Methods of diagnosing post-partum depression in Nigeria(KNMU, 2018-05-23) Daramola, GbolahanPostpartum depression in Nigeria is rampant due to patient not returning to health centers after having major or light symptoms in PPD, most women are very ignorant of this illness and are unaware when it exacerbates.
