The use of the simultaneous action of two ultrasonic frequencies and pulsed ultrasound in the analysis of sugar-based products for lead, copper and cadmium have been studied. It is shown that the use of two-frequency ultrasound improves the metrological performance analysis as compared to use only a single ultrasonic frequency. The technique of atomic absorption determination of lead, copper and cadmium with sensitivity 0,067, 0,013 i 0,004 mg / kg respectively have been proposed.
