Item Assessment of the expression level of the enzyme O6-methylguanin-DNA methyltransferase in the liver under the influence of xenobiotics(Kharkiv National Medical University, 2019-09) Bezrodna, A.; Nakonechna, OksanaItem Disturbance of the transmembrane phosphatidylserine asymmetry in hepatocytes as an apoptosis marker under the action of xenobiotics on rats(2018) Наконечна, Оксана Анатоліївна; Бабійчук, Л.О.; Безродна, Анастасія Ігорівна; Nakonechna, Oksana; Babijchuk, L.; Bezrodna, A.It has been reported that unfavorable chemical environmental factors affect the functional state of liver, activate free radical processes against the background of the reduced antioxidant activity, change physicochemical properties and membrane phospholipid composition of hepatocytes. The aim of our research was to estimate phosphatidylserine distribution in the phospholipid bilayer of hepatocyte membranes and apoptosis stages in hepatocytes of rats under the influence of surfactants: ethyleneglycol (EG), polyethyleneglycol 400, (PEG-400) and polypropyleneglycol (PPG) at a dose of 1/10 DL50. It was found in the subacute toxicological experiment on rats that the investigated xenobiotics EG, PEG-400 and PPG at a dose of 1/10 DL50 caused phosphatidylserine translocation to the outer membrane in the phospholipid bilayer of hepatocytes. This is a specific signal for macrophages aiming at recognition and elimination of apoptotic cells. Analysis of cell death modes under the influence of the investigated xenobiotics at a dose of 1/10 DL50 revealed that the intake of xenobiotics was associated with an increase in the amount of apoptotic / necrotic hepatocytes.Item Influence of oxide ethylene and propyl on the content of cholesterol and triglycerides in rat blood in the toxicological experiment(2018-05) Bezrodna, A.; Tamminidi, H.; Olipilli, S.Item Investigation of behavioral responses of experimental animals under the influence of polypropylene glycol(2018-05) Bezrodna, A.; Guzha, P.Item Investigation of enzyme activity under the conditions of influence of surface-active substances in rats in the subacute toxicological experiment(2018-05) Bezrodna, A.; Mbonu, F.; Aladetoyinbo, A.Item Morphological changes in the internal organs of warm-blooded animals after influence of polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol(2018-05) Bezrodna, A.; Nicholas, B.; Gabriel, A.Item Phenylketonuria(ХНМУ, 2019-04) Bezrodna, A.; Shhadeh, Raja; Kaur, GurleenItem The fluorescent probe method in investigation of the state of erythrocyte membranes in white rats at exposure to chemical environmental factors(Чорноморський національний університет ім. Петра Могили (м. Миколаїв), 2018) Наконечна, Оксана Анатоліївна; Безродна, Анастасія Ігорівна; Корнієнко, Євген Михайлович; Ткачова, Т.М.; Єфімова, С.Л.; Посохов, Євгеній Олександрович; Максимова, Ірина Геннадіївна; Nakonechna, Oksana; Bezrodna, A.; Kornienko, E.; Tkacheva, T.; Efimova, S.; Posokhov, Yevgen; Maksymova, I.The purpose of the presented work was to study the possibility of using the fluorescent probes method to diagnose the harmful effects of chemical factors on the example of polyethylene glycol on the organism of white rats by evaluating the state of erythrocyte membranes. Material and methods. We used the following fluorescent probes in the studies: ortho-hydroxy derivatives of 2.5-diaryl-1.3-oxazole. Results and discussion. In the case of erythrocytes of rats, which are toxic to PEG-400, there is a marked decrease in the fluorescence intensity of all the probes used. The discussed decrease in the fluorescence intensity of the probes indicates a decrease in the number of molecules of each of the probes associated with erythrocyte membranes per one hour of incubation, which indicates a decrease in the rate of binding of probes to membranes. Such a decrease in the binding rate can be explained by the formation of an additional protective membrane around each lipid membrane. Conclusion. The established fact of formation of an additional coat of polyethylene glycol molecules on the surface of erythrocyte membranes can be treated as a stable standardized indicator for the method of fluorescent probes, which may indicate the absence of damaging effect on the membranes at the object of study, which requires confirmation in further studies.Item Violation of the transmembrane asymmetry of lipides of hepatocytes as the index of apoptosis in the action of xenobiotics on the organism of rats(ХНМУ, 2018-11) Nakonechna, Oksana; Babijchuk, L.; Bezrodna, A.Item А general analysis of the influence of xenobiotics on the main metabolic links of rats under the conditions of a subacute toxicological experiment(ХНМУ, 2023-02) Bezrodna, A.; Nakonechna, OksanaItem Аlkaptonuria(ХНМУ, 2019-04) Nadiminti, Veera; Bezrodna, A.
