Abstract
Recent investigation demonstrates increasing of levels of proinflammatory cytokines in patients with acute heart failure. Proportional relations between increased levels of TNF-α and interleukin-6 in plasma and decreasing of contractile ability of a myocardium confirms possible pathogenetic role them in acute heart failure. The further researches are necessary for the decision of a question of correction methods of inflammatory activation at acute heart failure.
