dc.description.abstractCognitive functions, the state of the autonomic nervous system, vestibular disorders and autoregulation of cerebral circulation in patients with cerebrovascular pathology and those who have had COVID-19 were studied. It was revealed that the above-mentioned disorders are key and comorbid in cerebral circulation insufficiency in people who have had COVID-19 and correlate with the degree of brain damage. Their progression is facilitated by a previous coronavirus infection with subsequent decompensation of ischemia, especially due to direct damage to the vascular system of the central nervous system
