The predictor of heart failure with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with coronary artery disease

Abstract

Worldwide, the burden of heart failure (HF) has increased to an estimated 23 million people, and approximately 50% of cases are heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). Multiple conditions can cause HF, including cardiovascular disease and metabolic disorders (diabetes mellitus, insulin resistant, obesity). Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a most common cause of HF in Ukraine and around the world.
