Interaction between insulin resistance degree and level of arterial hypertension in patient with diabetes mellitus type 2

Abstract

Examination of insulin sensitizers and antagonists imbalance nature and assessment of the compensatory mechanisms acting at different stages of insulin resistance in patients with arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus type 2 were done. The new study approach will include the research of diastolic dysfunction for hypertensive patients, accompanied by type 2 diabetes, where it will be taken into account the degree of insulin resistance. The research will also include a new data in order to evaluate the cardiovascular risk using consideration the dynamics of sCD40L level for hypertensive patients having concomitant diabetes mellitus type 2. The research will be based on the comprehensive assessment of the neurohormonal indicators dynamics against standard treatment of patients having hypertension accompanied by diabetes mellitus type 2 and using ACE inhibitors (ramipril)
