dc.description.abstractThe data of a sociological interrogation conducted among female students 19-22 years aged regarding the relevance of premenstrual symptomatic complex problem are presented in this article. The main etiological factors (dyshormonal disorders of estrogens, progesterone, prolactin, aldosterone, vasopressin, cyclic fluctuations in the number of endogenous neuropeptides, serotonin, prostaglandins and other neurotransmitters in nociceptive centers; bad habits and imbalance of nutrition; hereditary genetic predisposition, weighed gynecological anamnesis and concomitant extragenital pathology) and clinical manifestations of premenstrual syndrome are considered. The need for an integrated approach to facilitate premenstrual symptoms was noted, including and drug’s correction use: combined and progestin oral contraceptives, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antispasmodics, diuretics, immunostimulants, nootropics, antidepressants and other pharmacological groups of drugs. The importance and timeliness of an adequate correction raises the quality of life of a modern woman.ru_RU
