dc.description.abstractThe high number of individuals affected by cholelithiasis (gallstone disease) has posed a major financial strain on society around the world. Cholelithiasis is a worldwide problem and it remains a common cause of surgical intervention, contributing substantially to health care costs. At the same time, one of the common disease of the gastrointestinal tract is hiatal hernia. In modern surgery, laparoscopic methods of cholelithiasis and HH treatment have a number of advantages compared to traditional laparotomy methods. However, the requirements of modern surgery are not only thorough diagnosis and performance of high-tech operations, but also the achievement of rapid postoperative rehabilitation of patients, improvement of the quality of life along with maximum comfort for the patient. In this regard, simultaneous laparoscopic surgery may be the method of choice for surgical treatment of cholelithiasis and hiatal hernia comorbid course by performing simultaneous laparoscopic surgery. The aim of the study was to improve the surgical treatment of cholelithiasis and hiatal hernia comorbid course by performing simultaneous laparoscopic surgery.
