Місце мінілапароскопії у лікуванні хворих на обструкції верхніх сечовивідних шляхів

Abstract

Actuality of search for new miniinvasive treatment methods of patients with upper urinary tract obstructions is reflected in the article. Working out of miniinva-sive operations and using of minilaparoscopic instruments is perspective. Results of minilaparoscopic operations: pyeloplasties (11), ureterolithotomies (7) and nephropexies (3) are presented. The received results specify in high efficiency, mini-invasiveness, good cosmetic effect of minilaparoscopic procedures and necessity of further studying of the offered treatment methods.
