An ultrasound examination of 67 pregnant women with preeclampsia was performed in order to evaluate the biometric parameters of the fetus and Doppler parameters in the umbilical artery during pregnancy with preeclampsia and compare them with postnatal outcomes. The results of the study showed that: the study of blood flow in the umbilical artery with preeclampsia is rational for both fetuses with fetal growth retardation and fetuses without it. Urgent delivery improves perinatal outcomes in the absence of a final diastolic flow or a change in the final diastolic flow in the Doppler umbilical artery with moderate preeclampsia.ru_RU
