SMART-пиелопластика у больных гидронефрозом

Abstract

Objective: To examine the effectiveness of SMART-pyeloplasty in patients with hydronephrosis. Materials and methods. According technique SMART-pyeloplasty since 2012 we have operated 11 patients with hydronephrosis (non terminal) from them 5 men and 6 women, who were in Kharkiv Regional Clinical Center of Urology and Nephrology named after V.I. Shapoval. In 4 patients due to additional low-pole vessel formation were made antevasal anastomosis. Five patients with secondary stone formations of their kidney during a surgery was performed pye-loplasty with pyelolitotomy. The results of the SMART-pyeloplasty was analyzed. Positive results of this treatment method was marked. Conclusions. Methodics of SMART-pyeloplasty in patients with hydronephrosis is the least traumatic of the existing types of surgical treatment of patients with this pathology, high performance and seems perspective in urologic practice.
