dc.descriptionLow efficiency of etiotropic and pathogenetic therapy at treatment of inflammatory and traumatic diseases of oral mucosa in the mouth cavity is often observed. The possible decision of this problem consists of the use of drugs on the basis of chitosan. Chitosan is a positively charged polysaccharide from the chitin family and has high biocompatibility and coagulative properties. It is not an allergen and the antimicrobial activity of this material makes it a suitable choice for use in areas with inflammatory and traumatic diseases of oral mucosa in the mouth cavity. Several desirable properties have been described for chitosan including high osteoinductivity, osteointegratability, easy application and gradual biodegradability that makes it a good candidate for bone regeneration.ru_RU
dc.description.abstractВ настоящее время при лечении воспалительных и травматических заболеваний слизистой оболочки полости рта часто наблюдается низкая эффективность применяемой этиотропной и патогенетической терапии. Возможным решением этой проблемы может быть использование препаратов на основе хитозана, обладающих не только антибактериальной активностью, но и иммунокоррегирующими свойствами, позволяющими стимулировать местный иммунитет слизистой оболочки полости рта. Хитозан и его производные обладают хорошей биосовместимостью с тканями живых организмов, биодеградируемостью, неиммуногенными и выраженными сорбционными свойствами. Хитозан и его производные обладают остеоиндуктивным и остеоинтегрирующим эффектами, что позволяет повысить костную регенерацию.ru_RU
