R-T cell therapy opens new horizons in the treatment of children with uncontrolled and recurrent ALL. The high-efficiency level and the potential for long-term remission make this method promising in pediatric oncology/hematology. However, further research is needed to reduce toxic side effects and improve the technology. The advent of universal CAR-T cells could greatly simplify and lower the cost of treatment, expanding its availability to more patients in the future.
