Cardiac hemodynamics disturbances, renal function in patients with chronic heart failure and chronic kidney disease

Abstract

Even early stages of chronic kidney disease in patients with chronic heart failure can modify the structure of hemodynamics violations: concentric hypertrophy and diastolic dysfunction. Increase the level of cytokines and markers of renal dysfunction plays a major role in development of left ventricular hypertrophy and diastolic dysfunction
