Affective and cоgnitive dysfunction in patients with stable angina

Abstract

The flow of stable angina in patients is characterized by the presence of affective and anxiety and depressive disorders, which may complicate the course of angina and reduce the effectiveness of basic therapy. The presence of cognitive impairment and dementia of mild severity are bad prognostic sign of developing of severe dementia, aggravating course and prognosis of somatic pathology. Need to search for the optimal combinations of somatic and pharmacotherapy for effective treatment of patients with stable angina.
