Abstract

The goal - to evaluate the role of polymorphism of G-308A gene tumor necrosis factor - α as a possible factor in the progression of chronic heart failure in patients with coronary heart disease and obesity. Conclusions. The presence of allele A and A / A genotype polymorphic locus G-308A TNF-α gene in patients with coronary artery disease with concomitant obesity was associated with progression of CHF, the formation of LV systolic dysfunction.
