Роль порушень ліпідного обміну у патогенезі хронічної серцевої недостатності у хворих з постінфарктним кардіосклерозом, цукровим діабетом 2 типу та ожирінням

Abstract

В статье проводилось определение патогенетического значения нарушений липидного обмена в прогрессировании хронической сердечной недостаточности у больных с постинфарктным кардиосклерозом, сахарным диабетом 2 типа и ожирением путем обследования 295 больных. Установлено, что нарушение липидного обмена у больных с постинфарктным кардиосклерозом, сахарным диабетом 2 типа и ожирением происходит на фоне нарастания функционального класса хронической сердечной недостаточности путем увеличения уровня почти всех липопротеидов до III функционального класса, а тотом их снижения у больных с IV функциональным классом Aim. The aim of our study was determined the role of disorders of lipid metabolism in the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure in patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis, type 2 diabetes and obesity. The level of LDL-C, TG, VLDL, TC and BMI were significantly increases in patients with III FC of chronic heart failure, postinfarction cardiosclerosis, type 2 diabetes and obesity. And level of LDL-C, TG, VLDL, TC and BMI were significantly decreases in patients with IV FC of chronic heart failure, postinfarction cardiosclerosis, type 2 diabetes and obesity. The study showed that in patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis, type 2 diabetes and obesity the disorders of lipid metabolism were associated with functional class of chronic heart failure. The role of disorders of lipid metabolism in patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis, type 2 diabetes and obesity was determined in the pathogenesis of chronic heart failure.
