Abstract
Physical activity can affect a person's mental and emotional well-being, and it can also be an effective way to reduce stress and anxiety. The importance of current topic is also exacerbated by modern lifestyles, which may include more and more stressors. Individual response to anaerobic exercise may vary depending on physical condition, duration and intensity of training, as well as special characteristics. Therefore, understanding how to maintain balance and maintain a healthy approach to sports remains extremely relevant for many people.
