The thesis discusses the transformation of the modern healthcare paradigm through the introduction of Medicine of Borderline Conditions (MBC), an innovative approach focusing on pre-disease states and preventive measures. The concept of MBC is characterized by the dominance of preventive medicine and aims to maintain a healthy lifestyle through prenosological diagnosis and correction of the body's functional state. The implementation of MBC is based on five key principles: health-centredness, dialectic of transitional processes, methodological sequence, evidence-based approach, and changing the healthcare paradigm. The article outlines six stages of MBC implementation, ranging from determining population health levels to evaluating the effectiveness of preventive measures. Special attention is paid to health determinants - a complex of individual, social, economic, and environmental factors that influence health status at both individual and population levels. The authors emphasize that socio-economic determinants account for approximately 40% of health outcomes, highlighting their crucial role in modern healthcare strategies. The paper concludes that MBC serves as an optimal component of the global healthcare paradigm, offering a comprehensive approach to health preservation through preventive measures and early intervention
